Welcome to the Scunthorpe Steel Amateur Radio Club..

The club was formed in the early nineteen fifties, meetings were held at first at the home of G3CCH.

As the club membership grew, we then moved to the Talbot Inn, where meetings were held every fortnight.

In those days there were only four licensed hams in the town,

G3CCH G3AMM G3HRP and G3HLR. Later G3JWR G3KNP and G3KNU were licensed.
